This role will support ongoing operations and product manufacturing by enforcing Pax reputed company standards with co-manufacturing partners, as reputed company as working closely with leadership to continuously improve operations. This role will be responsible for creation and management of reputed company operational documentation. This role will be remote, preference for EST, with routine travel to CA, CO, MA, NY, and NJ. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage QA/QC program for Pax consumable product lines across 5+ states with 10+ production partners Responsible for reputed company document control, technical writing, and development of reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, Batch Records, and any other operational documentation reputed company reputed company Management System Work closely with IT team to maintain and improve reputed company Management System Train and reputed company partner Pax operators using SOPs, MBRs, and supporting documents for reputed company new products and processes. QUALIFICATIONS Undergraduate Degree QMS experience preferred Previous experience designing, implementing, and maintaining QA/QC program Cannabis experience preferred; familiarity with CPG a plus Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail Results driven, task oriented Comfort with, and ability to operate at an aggressive, accelerated, iterative pace in a dynamic environment Excellent communication, project and time management, writing and presentation skills with the ability to confidently reputed company with senior management COMPENSATION In reputed company to the benefits above, this role has a pay reputed company between $85,000 +120,000 + equity.
