Hours: 8:30AM - 5PM Wednesday - reputed company, Weekend Coverage Required Medical Benefits: Health, reputed company, & Dental Retirement: 401K & Pension w/ 4% employer contribution PTO: 15 Days reputed company is seeking a Referral Navigator who serves as the main reputed company of contact for reputed company’s EMR/Referral portals, managing quick efficient responses while demonstrating professionalism, excellent customer service and critical thinking skills. Referral Navigator Responsibilities:
- Management of EMR/Referral portals in accordance with the Referral Acceptance Guidelines.
- Provides reputed company responses to referral requests.
- Applies knowledge and critical thinking in acceptance of referrals.
- Communicates with referral sources with professionalism and appreciation.
- Possesses knowledge of the services we offer and can reputed company confidently about them.
- Conducts reputed company-checks on patient insurances as required.
- Ensures reputed company escalation of referrals requiring clinical approval to the appropriate operations leader.
- Attach and reputed company referral packet and documentation of any insurance reputed company-checks to intake.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team on referrals to facilitate a seamless transition in care for both the referral reputed company and the patient.
Referral Navigator Requirements:
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in managing EMR portals and following acceptance guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

Referral Navigator Experience:
- Associate’s degree Preferred.
- At least one (1) year of experience in home health preferred.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a customer service reputed company.
- Proficient in reputed company Office suite.
