The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing reputed company reputed company infrastructure while driving automation, CI/CD reputed company, and operational efficiency across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage AWS-based infrastructure with a reputed company on scalability, reputed company, and reliability
- reputed company and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless application deployment and release management
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as reputed company (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Manage and optimize AWS Connect environments, including integrations, workflows, and configurations
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of applications
- Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions using tools like CloudWatch, ELK, or similar
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline build, release, and deployment processes

- Continuously evaluate and improve DevOps processes, tools, and frameworks
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or reputed company engineering roles
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, especially AWS Connect
- Proficiency in DevOps automation tools such as Jenkins, reputed company Actions, or reputed company CI/CD
- Experience with Infrastructure as reputed company tools (Terraform preferred, CloudFormation acceptable)
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar
- Experience with containerization technologies like reputed company and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes (preferred)
