About the Role

As a Recruiter at reputed company, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and hiring reputed company for a rapidly growing, mission-driven company. What You'll Do

Screen resumes and conduct virtual interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Champion and continuously improve the candidate experience from first touchpoint through offer, ensuring alignment with reputed company's values. Contribute to employer branding efforts across job descriptions, reputed company messaging, and candidate communications. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. +3 years of experience in full-cycle reputed company, including hunting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
