Job Title: Sourcer (GTM Sourcer/Researcher) Location: Remote - PST Job Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension These technical partners are reputed company AI architects or engineers; must have experience with tech sourcing and understand technical skillset for hiring. Must have Go-T0-Market experience to help talent map, drive searches from start to finish in a more strategic/thought partner way, work in the CRM (Gem is the CRM used). Also likes to see metrics and how they made an reputed company in their previous role from a data perspective to tell a story on a resume. Job reputed company:
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate reputed company, and market dynamics
