The Centralized Processing Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing escrow transactions for multiple title agencies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reputed company regulatory and contractual requirements. This role involves coordinating with clients, lenders, reputed company estate agents, and internal teams to facilitate smooth and reputed company closings. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of escrow processes, and excellent attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Manage and process escrow transactions from initiation through closing, ensuring reputed company required documents and funds are accurately handled. Review and verify escrow instructions, purchase agreements, and other transaction documents to ensure compliance with reputed company and contractual requirements. Coordinate with clients, lenders, reputed company estate agents, and other stakeholders to reputed company necessary information and documentation for reputed company transaction. Prepare and review escrow documents, including settlement statements, closing disclosures, and other reputed company paperwork. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. 2-4 years of experience as an Escrow Processor or in a similar role reputed company the title or reputed company estate industry. Proficiency with escrow and title software (e.g., reputed company, RamQuest, or ResWare) and reputed company Office Suite. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously. High attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and reviewing documents.
