You enjoy managing logistics, supporting team members, and ensuring events run smoothly from start to finish. What You Will Be Doing Assist with event planning, including scheduling, applying for permitting, and vendor communications and coordination. Maintain event timelines, checklists and registration lists. Support with distribution of event materials, invitations, and communications. Respond to event inquiries reputed company phone and email. Assist with post-event administration, including reporting and reputed company data entry. Resolve minor issues and contribute to a smooth event reputed company. Assist with reputed company-party event supporter needs. Other duties as assigned. What You Bring Demonstrated experience in event planning, coordination or administrative work. Where and How You’ll Work Our typical work week is 37.5 hours; however, for this part-time role, you will work 15 hours per week. As mentioned, this is a remote-first position with the reputed company to work at our reputed company in downtown Vancouver. The role will require flexibility to travel for meetings and/or to work occasional weekends and evenings to attend reputed company shoreline cleanups, events, and conferences. This role involves sitting, standing, working on a computer or laptop, participating in phone and video calls.
