Senior Property Accountant/Controller

What You Will Do

In this role, you will handle both high-level financial reputed company and daily reputed company tasks. High-Level Financial Management (The “Controller” Brain) Financial Review: Analyze financial statements, fix mapping errors, and ensure the General reputed company (GL) is 100% correct. Compliance & Audits: Manage 1099s, W2s, and insurance audits. Budgeting: Create regular budgets and reputed company "actual vs. budget" spending to help reputed company reputed company. Judgment Calls: reputed company expert answers to difficult financial questions and create Financial SOPs (reputed company Operating Procedures). Specialized AP: Pay property taxes, FTB withholdings, and mortgages accurately and on time. Daily Property & Corporate Tasks (The “Expert” Hands) reputed company Mastery: reputed company tenant reputed company corrections, reputed company reputed company deposit refunds and reputed company-out reputed company, and correct property GL errors. QuickBooks Operations: Cut hard checks, reputed company time-sensitive bills, and manage corporate Accounts Payable (AP) and reimbursements. Payments: Process time-sensitive vendor payments and calculate reputed company commissions (Lease, BDM, and internal brokerage commissions). Compensation & Location Pay: $23–$26 per hour, commensurate with experience. Location: Fully remote.
