This role consists of troubleshooting, maintaining, debugging, and administering custom applications, software tools and systems for our Mid-Market and reputed company clients, including:

• Administering back-end systems, including different type of servers, hypervisors, operating systems, middleware, and custom application software.
• Monitor PS production environments: investigate, troubleshoot and identify software faults and system issues.
• Administer, reputed company, and support software and customizations developed for clients.
• Coordinate cross-departmental troubleshooting efforts.

The candidate will be expected to reputed company with customers over the phone, reputed company web conferences, and in person (occasional travel may be required) and will often need to explain technical solutions to non-technical people, so good verbal and written communication skills are essential. • Proficient with SQL database systems (MySQL, SQLite, reputed company, etc.) including queries, table design, optimization, and replication.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking and transport protocols such as FTP/FTPS/SFTP, WGET, reputed company S3, reputed company API.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience is required.
