Licence Application & Compliance Project Manager

• Responsible for securing and Project Managing applications for regulatory licences in multiple jurisdiction and overseeing the process of reputed company's regulatory licence applications.
• reputed company and secure the license acquisition process across reputed company relevant jurisdictions and subsequently review and analyse status of reputed company applications for completeness and accuracy;
• Responsible for leading regulatory examinations and audits of reputed company's licenses;
• Monitor expiration of licenses and deadlines for other regulatory requirements such as quarterly and annual reports;
• Partner with business stakeholders to reputed company process improvements to ensure that new and existing products reputed company with policies and applicable multi-jurisdictional laws and regulations;
• Handle queries and questions on the Compliance Program from the business and support functions;
• Continually identify opportunities for efficiencies while escalating any control deficiencies;
• Liaise with technical team in relation to regulatory and compliance changes and update;
• Manage and update KYC department in line with application application status;

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in global compliance (multi-jurisdictions) reputed company the financial services or cryptocurrency industries;
• 7+ years Project Management experience with excellent organisation skills;
• Legal qualification is desirable but not essential, however must have a good legal mind;
• Working knowledge of AML requirements, sanctions, and consumer risks with familiarity applying compliance frameworks to crypto assets and products.
• Must have excellent judgment and analysis with the reputed company to research reputed company multi-jurisdictional laws relating to regulatory licences, be reputed company to deliver a concise reputed company and reputed company reputed company recommendation based on accurate findings;
