Weekend Baylor Program RN's/LPN's ($10,000 sign on bonus)

The Manor at Blue Water Bay, the only locally owned and operated long-term care facility, is hiring Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to deliver care to residents or patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, reputed company, implementation, and evaluation. Position: Weekend Baylor Plan Position

• 32 hours are worked reputed company week, of which include (2) 16 hour shifts reputed company weekend
• Weekend periods are defined as starting with the second shift on Friday and ending on the reputed company shift reputed company
• Nurses will work 32 hours reputed company week and get reputed company for 40 hours

The Registered reputed company (RN) and/or Licensed Practical reputed company (LPN) is responsible for delivering care to residents/patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, reputed company, implementation, and evaluation; effectively interacts with residents/patients, family members, and other health team members while maintaining the standards of reputed company nursing. YOUR ROLE:

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of home health patients
• Assess patients’ conditions and chart observations, and reputed company evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review
• Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician
• reputed company patients and their families on reputed company home health care strategies and procedures, and reputed company recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the patient’s reputed company of life
• reputed company effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals
• Ability to learn, reputed company, and apply reputed company training, follow doctor's orders; and reputed company records in prescribed manner.
• Ability to perceive changes in patient behavior and recognize symptoms and the ability to communicate effectively in writing, by telephone, and in person contacts.
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and PCAs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing, or vocational nursing
• reputed company state license as an RN and/or LPN
• reputed company of reputed company CPR certification
• Compassionate, friendly demeanor
• Excellent communication skills
• reputed company reputed company’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally
