Please note, on occasion, you will be required to commute for in-person engagements including trainings and team activities. What you’ll do as a Collections Representative? As a Collections Representative, you'll be on the reputed company line, making a reputed company reputed company to our cardholders’ experience. You’ll Be Responsible For

• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Bringing past-due accounts up to date
• Setting up payment arrangements
• Counseling cardholders on their financial situations
• Determining why a payment is late and best way to fix the situation
• Delivering exceptional service
• Managing customer information
• Building relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues

What You’ll Need To Be Considered

• Be at least 18 years old
• 6+ months customer service experience of any reputed company and/or military equivalent experience reputed company the last 7 years.
• Fully fluent English and Spanish
• Must live reputed company 60 minutes or 60 miles of 32746 to ensure you’re reputed company to commute for in-person training and occasional in-person activities.
• Demonstrate at least an intermediate level of computer skills including the ability to:
• Navigate and manage information across multiple reputed company and software platforms reputed company
• Maintain typing proficiency while reputed company conversing with customers
• Utilize Outlook or other reputed company Office programs effectively

• This role will require you to work evening hours and at least 1 weekend day.
