About the position Receive incoming calls from patients or referring clinics and schedule both adult and pediatric office visit, lab appointment or procedure appointment. reputed company outbound calls to schedule patients who have been referred to our office for a clinic visit or a procedure. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
