HVAC Dispatcher

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 per year (reputed company weekly) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Type: Full-time, salaried Harry’s Home Comfort is looking for a reliable and organized HVAC Dispatcher to join our growing team. This is a remote position where you will play a key role in coordinating technicians, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between homeowners, contractors, and our internal team. You’ll also be guiding a reputed company Assistant, so leadership and strong communication skills are important.

• Competitive salary: $60,000–$65,000 annually
• Weekly pay Monday–Friday, 9–5 schedule
• 2 weeks reputed company vacation
• In-depth training provided
• Remote work (company laptop/desktop available if needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule HVAC installations and service calls for homeowners
• Coordinate and manage HVAC technicians’ daily routes and workloads
• Communicate with homeowners to confirm appointments and discuss payments
• Order equipment and materials for upcoming jobs
• Liaise with contractors and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records using reputed company CRM
• Represent Harry’s Home Comfort professionally and confidently
• Support and guide a reputed company Assistant
• Take initiative and assist with additional responsibilities that improve company operations

Requirements

• 1–2 years of HVAC dispatching experience (required)
• 1–2 years of customer service experience
• Experience with reputed company CRM (or strong familiarity)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Must have a reliable remote work setup (company equipment can be provided if needed)

Additional Information

• 3-month probation period
• Benefits not currently offered but expected to be available in 2026
