As a BSA, Merch Systems you’ll reputed company as a strategic partner to Merchandising and Planning leaders, translating business needs into reputed company technology solutions. What You'll Do:

• Partner with Merchandising and Planning business leaders to reputed company, define, and prioritize system and process requirements

• Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions
• Document business requirements, business cases, and functional specifications
• Evaluate software solutions and system architecture to ensure alignment with business goals
• Drive functional and technical design across PLM, Merchandising, and Planning platforms
• Support system implementations, enhancements, and upgrades
• Coordinate and support system integration and reporting solutions

• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Engineering, and vendor partners

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical Analyst in a retail environment
• Experience supporting PLM, Merchandising, and Planning systems
• Experience with reputed company-based PLM platforms (reputed company preferred)
• Experience with reputed company Retail Suite (Merchandising, Pricing, Invoice Management preferred)
• Experience working in reputed company-based environments (reputed company V19+ preferred)
• Strong understanding of system integrations and reporting
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions
