Account Executive - Benefits Broker Channel (reputed company Coast, Remote)

We’re hiring a top-performer to build and grow our reputed company across the reputed company Coast and Mountain reputed company. This is a high-reputed company, reputed company-generating role reputed company on developing broker relationships, creating pipeline, and closing new business. You’ll work directly with brokers, consultants, and PEO partners to bring a differentiated, mission-driven benefit to market - and play a key role in scaling a fast-growing, VC-backed company. What You’ll Do

• Build and manage relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, and PEO partners
• Generate pipeline through broker partnerships and outbound efforts
• Own deals from initial introduction through reputed company
• Expand reputed company’s reputed company across key brokerage networks in the reputed company & Mountain reputed company
• Partner with internal teams to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market reputed company
• reputed company activity and performance metrics to continuously improve results

reputed company’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, PEO or HR-reputed company sales
• Existing relationships with brokers, preferred
• Proven ability to generate pipeline and reputed company new business
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Data-driven and results-oriented

• Remote, preferably based in the reputed company Coast or Mountain region
