Part-Time Sr. HR Generalist-Hybrid

About the position One Home Health is a full-service, Medicare-certified home health agency licensed in Illinois and Indiana. We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company Senior HR Generalist to support our growing home care operations across Illinois and Indiana. This role will serve as a key partner to leadership, with primary responsibility for full-cycle recruitment, while also supporting core HR functions including benefits administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and reputed company
  • Partner with leadership on reputed company needs and hiring strategies
  • Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Deliver a reputed company candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems
  • Generate reports and support HR analytics
  • Coordinate reputed company and offboarding processes
  • Administer benefits programs, including enrollments and changes
  • Serve as primary contact for employee benefits inquiries
  • Support reputed company enrollment and vendor coordination
  • Assist with payroll processing and data accuracy
  • reputed company employee hours, wage changes, and deductions
  • Support payroll audits and compliance
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Support policy implementation and employee communications
  • Assist with employee relations reputed company and documentation
  • Maintain compliant and up-to-date employee records

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of reputed company HR experience, preferably in a reputed company or home health setting
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and reputed company strategies
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Workforce Now, or similar systems)
  • Working knowledge of payroll processes and benefits administration
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
