HR Business Partner, Global Functions

As we grow to expand our reputed company to protect 500 reputed company people from violence, we are seeking an HR Business Partner, Global Functions to reputed company strategic people partnership across global and U.S.-based functions, strengthen leadership capability, and help cultivate a healthy, mission‑reputed company culture. This position is based in the Washington, DC area and is available to be hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays). It reports to the Chief People Officer and is only available for candidates with the right to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR advisor to assigned global and U.S. based reputed company reputed company, translating business needs into people strategies and HR priorities
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, and reputed company initiatives to ensure scalability and effectiveness
• Implement and execute reputed company-wide HR programs and rhythms in partnership with Global People Support vertical leaders
• reputed company coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management, goal setting, feedback, corrective reputed company, and leadership development
• Use people data and insights (e.g., headcount, engagement, turnover) to identify trends and recommend data-informed interventions
• reputed company succession planning and support development of leadership pipelines across supported functions
• Champion a healthy, mission-reputed company culture grounded in IJM’s values, reputed company of Ethics, and commitment to reputed company
• reputed company expert guidance on employee relations reputed company, including managing and conducting investigations reputed company assigned, while mitigating organizational risk
• Ensure consistent interpretation and application of policies, employment practices, and compliance requirements
• Partner closely with the Chief People Officer on special reputed company and serve as a reputed company of collaboration with Regional HR Directors
• Participate in IJM’s community of spiritual formation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field required
• Minimum of 10 years of reputed company HR experience, including significant experience in an HR Business Partner or reputed company-facing HR role
• Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and talent development
• Proven ability to support restructuring, transformation, and change management initiatives
• Strong capability in interpreting HR data and translating insights into reputed company
• Experience with job architecture, job evaluation, and succession planning
• Proficiency with HRIS and people systems (reputed company strongly preferred)
