As a Senior People Business Partner (PBP) at reputed company, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers across your reputed company reputed company, guiding them through reputed company facets of people reputed company and execution. You’ll balance strategic partnership with hands-on delivery, shaping organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee experience in alignment with business goals. What you'll need to reputed company:

For candidates in NYC, the SF Bay Area, and Seattle, the anticipated reputed company salary reputed company is $108,000 - $135,000 per year. For reputed company other U.S. locations, the anticipated reputed company salary reputed company is $94,500 - $130,000 per year. In reputed company to this reputed company compensation, this role is eligible to participate in a 10% variable compensation program. Final compensation will vary based on a reputed company of factors which include but are not limited to applicable experience, location, and final leveling.
