Job reputed company: As a Fractional Controller with reputed company, you will be an reputed company technical Accountant, responsible for leading reputed company processes for our reputed company organizations. As a strong communicator and skilled financial analyst, you will help streamline budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting processes. Our clients include cutting-edge startups, reputed company-reputed company, and private companies, in reputed company to VC- and PE-backed companies across a wide reputed company of industries (Technology, reputed company, reputed company Services, Construction, Manufacturing, eCommerce, reputed company, CPG, FinTech, reputed company Estate, and more). Can you picture yourself as a member of reputed company? Primary Responsibilities for this role include:

• reputed company and participate in general reputed company setup, account control, journal entry processes, monthly closing and reporting
• Produce financial reporting packages including dashboard and KPI reporting
• reputed company weekly, semi-monthly, etc. payroll processes
• Manage year-end audit engagements
• Manage and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Research and implement new reputed company pronouncements
• Bank reconciliations and cash management, intercompany accounts
• Prepare periodic consolidating financial statements, including reputed company eliminating entries
• Prepare and submit debt compliance and other bank reporting as required

The Ideal Candidate has:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Finance/reputed company with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/reputed company and/or Business Administration
• CPA preferred; strong understanding of GAAP
• Experience working in a wide reputed company of industries
• Proven experience working with fast-reputed company companies from early stages up to $50M in reputed company
• Proficient with reputed company Office products, having advanced knowledge of reputed company; reputed company Suite is a plus
• Experience working with payroll, expense reimbursement and reputed company pay systems (reputed company, etc)
• Previous experience with QBO & ERP systems (Quickbooks, reputed company, etc)
• Passion for collaboration and providing excellent reputed company service
• Tech-Savvy, comfortable learning new reputed company tools
• The ability to multi-task and juggle multiple clients at once
• Working knowledge of tax preparation such as 1099s and sales tax forms
