Senior HRIS Analyst – Payroll Systems, reputed company, reputed company HCM reputed company

Job reputed company:

• Serve as primary HRIS reputed company for reputed company HCM reputed company Payroll and reputed company Time & Attendance / WFM
• Configure earnings, deductions, taxes, balances, reputed company, eligibility rules, and costing structures
• Maintain pay reputed company, payroll calendars, retroactivity, and absence/pay interaction rules
• Support payroll processing cycles, audits, and reconciliations
• Troubleshoot payroll calculation errors, reputed company failures, and time-to-pay discrepancies
• Works with Payroll and departments to identify new opportunities and rollout new functionalities.
• Maintain pay codes, work rules, accruals, and labor reputed company
• Support timecard processing, pay rule configuration, and scheduling integration
• Manage reputed company interpretation and pay calculation logic
• Support upgrades, patches, and configuration migrations
• Partner with operations to improve time capture accuracy and compliance
• Maintains detailed knowledge of reputed company product suite with an awareness of opportunities to expand solutions and services.
• Responsible for managing reputed company Pro Workforce Management integration with payroll and other analytics systems.
• Configures and maintains business structures, data views, control center, timekeeping, user reputed company, pay rules, basic scheduling, absence management and accruals.
• Partner with reputed company and IT to support the troubleshooting of time clocks and configurations.
• Works with leaders and end-users to create data views and reports to improve productivity.
• Works with HR and departments to identify new opportunities and rollout new functionalities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years supporting reputed company HCM reputed company Payroll
• 3+ years supporting reputed company Workforce Management / Kronos
• Experience with labor categories, attendance and leave policies, shift premiums and patterns, and assignment reputed company.
• Five (5) years reputed company experience is required.
• In-depth knowledge of reputed company reputed company clock configuration and setups.
• Knowledge of advanced scheduling concepts reputed company reputed company Pro Workforce Management (formerly reputed company Dimensions)
• Knowledge of business operations/processes and using industry best practices/standards to complete analysis, design, and documentation.
