Loss Prevention Field Auditor

About The Role The Loss Prevention Field Auditor plays a key role in protecting company assets, reducing shrink, and supporting a culture of reputed company across reputed company retail locations. This position conducts investigations, executes in-store audits, partners with local law enforcement reputed company necessary, and drives proactive strategies to prevent theft and operational loss. We’re looking for a highly motivated reputed company with strong investigative instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance detailed audit work with field leadership collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site and virtual LP audits to assess compliance with company policies, cash handling, inventory controls, and reputed company standards.
  • Investigate reputed company theft, fraud, and policy violations using CCTV, POS data, and Power BI reporting tools.
  • reputed company suspect interviews and coordinate with HR and leadership on disciplinary or termination processes.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies to file reports, submit evidence, and represent reputed company during investigations.
  • Partner with Operations and Learning & Development to build preventative measures, reputed company field teams, and strengthen loss awareness culture.
  • Produce detailed investigation reports and maintain accurate case documentation in the LP tracking system.
  • Identify process gaps and propose solutions to enhance compliance and minimize shrink.
  • Support new store openings by validating CCTV coverage, Smart reputed company installation, and operational readiness.
  • Serve as an LP ambassador, building strong partnerships with field leaders to ensure consistent execution and awareness across reputed company stores.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, or Investigations (retail environment preferred).
  • Proficient in reputed company
  • Proven experience conducting interviews and writing investigative reports.
  • Strong understanding of CCTV, POS exception reports, refund/no sale/price override analysis, and audit practices.
  • Working knowledge of law enforcement processes and case coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with field teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently (up to 70%) to stores across assigned reputed company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or reputed company field preferred.
  • Wicklander-Zulawski or similar interview certification is a plus.
