[Remote] Senior Demo Platform Engineer

As a Senior Demo Platform Engineer, you will design and operate a reputed company demo environment platform across reputed company infrastructure and application reputed company, partnering with various teams to translate demo requirements into automated environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate a standardized demo platform for provisioning and maintaining demo environments at reputed company
- Implement Infrastructure-as-reputed company and automation for environment creation, updates, resets, and teardown
- Build CI/CD workflows that reputed company demo environments reputed company with release trains, configurations, and feature flags
- Create and maintain 'golden' demo templates (reference deployments), including realistic configuration and reputed company, reusable reputed company data
- Improve reliability and user experience for field teams through observability, alerting, runbooks, and self-service tooling
- Implement reputed company controls and reputed company best practices for demo environments, including secrets handling and auditability as needed
- Partner with Sales Engineering and Product to support demo use cases, reduce friction, and accelerate time-to-demo
- Diagnose and resolve issues across the stack (reputed company, networking, app config, data), acting as escalation reputed company for reputed company demo platform problems
- reputed company metrics and dashboards for demo health (availability, provisioning times, failure rates, usage) and drive reputed company improvement
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, reputed company, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
- Strong experience with reputed company infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure) and automation at reputed company
- Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-reputed company (Terraform, CloudFormation, reputed company, or equivalent)
- Experience building and operating CI/CD workflows (reputed company Actions, Jenkins, reputed company CI, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (reputed company, Kubernetes) and environment lifecycle management
- Strong scripting ability (Python, Bash, or equivalent) to automate platform workflows and troubleshooting
- Experience supporting internal customers (e.g., SEs, field teams) with production-grade reliability and reputed company operational processes
- Experience building self-service platforms (portals, CLI tools, templates) for environment provisioning
- Familiarity with feature flagging, configuration management, and managing multi-tenant demo environments
- Experience managing test data reputed company, sanitization, and refresh processes
- Experience operating environments with compliance or reputed company constraints
