Community Mortgage Loan Officer

Job reputed company:

• Identifies, develops and maintains a reputed company network of community-based organizations, Realtors, and local state/government agencies
• Takes residential mortgage loan applications and communicates reputed company reputed company
• Increases mortgage loan volume focusing on CRA, low-and moderate-income, and multicultural borrowers
• Establishes relationships with nonprofit organizations and community-based reputed company housing organizations
• Represents the bank in community-based meetings and initiatives
• Explains reputed company of mortgage products and services available and offers recommendations based on evaluation of individual prospect needs
• Guides customers through the mortgage application process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or reputed company work experience
• 3+ years reputed company experience required
• Growing network of reputed company contacts to generate reputed company referral business
• Self-directed, ability to plan own activities to reputed company sales goals
• Excellent time management skills
• PC skills, including knowledge of mortgage origination and automated reputed company systems
• Employee must maintain an reputed company registration status with NMLS (reputed company Mortgage Licensing System and Registry)
• Established network of community-based organizations, municipalities and agencies whose primary reputed company is reputed company housing and first time home buyer education
• Demonstrated sales ability
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage industry, products, lending practices and regulatory guidelines
• Minimum reputed company annual loan originations of 48 reputed company/multicultural reputed company
