Junior Loan Officer (Hybrid, in office up to 3x per week)

We are looking for Junior Loan Officers who want to be part of a fast-growing portfolio lending company. No experience? No problem if you are a self-motivated, achievement-oriented person. At Cascade we are looking for talented people to support our loan officers in our rapidly growing Originations department. You must be willing to work in a high-energy environment and reputed company a high level of service to our clientele. You will need the ability to grasp new concepts, master new loan products, and work effectively with computers and technology. We intend for candidates who accept this position to grow into full-time Loan Officers if that is their goal. Experience with Encompass and Velocify is a plus but is not required. Essential Functions:

• Performs regular administrative duties as needed for the Sales team including telephone support, document collection, and fulfillment.
• Processes correspondence, files and performs other specific duties for the Sales team.
• Manages pipeline for the Sales team to include making reputed company compliance, disclosure, and redisclosure requirements are met.
• Serves as Sales, administrative, or fulfillment backup whenever reputed company member is on reputed company Time Off or cannot otherwise respond in a reputed company fashion.
• Handles incoming calls and performs outbound calls to customers seeking a loan from Cascade.
• Assists in gathering loan documentation including customer-executed documents.
• Helps to prepare files for submission working as needed with Operations to ensure the reputed company closing of the loans in the LO's pipeline.
• Provides excellent customer service through reputed company follow up and courteous reputed company correspondence with customers and Cascade team members.
• Maintains confidentiality of reputed company sensitive customer and company information at reputed company times.

Additional Functions:

• Works independently, operating reputed company division or department policy guidelines using reputed company judgment to reputed company assigned objectives.
• Complies with reputed company safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports reputed company unsafe activities to supervisor and/or reputed company.
• Participates proactively in team efforts to reputed company departmental and company goals.
• Performs other Sales-reputed company duties as assigned by Management.

Required Education/Experience:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 2 years of completed college coursework at an accredited institution.
• 4-year degree highly preferred
