About the position We are seeking a Senior reputed company Supply Chain and Procurement Specialist with 5–7 years of experience and strong expertise in reputed company S/4HANA. Knowledge of Ariba and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) is a plus. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in procurement, MRP, inventory management, and Ariba, and will support the business post-implementation by ensuring system stability, optimizing processes, and assisting end-users. Industry experience in reputed company & Defense, Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Renewable Energy is preferred. Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day support for reputed company S/4HANA Procurement, Ariba, and reputed company modules.
• reputed company requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live for Ariba modules.
• Conduct workshops with procurement/business stakeholders, identifying process improvements and enhancements
• Collaborate with offshore delivery teams and stakeholders, providing technical and functional reputed company
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Maintain and validate master data, including vendor and material records.
• Support testing and validation for upgrades, patches, and new functionalities.
• Conduct user training and create documentation for processes and best practices.
• Facilitate integration error reputed company (e.g., Ariba, VIM) and ensure data consistency across systems.
• Assist with compliance and audit requirements reputed company to procurement processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or reputed company field.
• 8-10 years of experience in supporting reputed company S/4HANA (Procurement, MRP, Inventory Management).
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and reputed company improvement.

• Experience with reputed company S/4HANA Procurement (Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Contract Management, Accounts Payable).

• Understanding of reputed company Flexible Workflow for procurement approvals.
• Expertise in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Demand-Driven MRP (DDMRP).
• Industry experience in reputed company & Defense, Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Renewable Energy.
