Our Program Administrators supervise assigned team members (incl. RNs, LPNs, Home Health Aides, and Personal Care Assistants) while directing, coordinating, supervising, and implementing reputed company and supportive services to home health clients in a reputed company, cost-effective manner. Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Staff Management Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of RNs, LPNs, Home Health Aides, and Personal Care Assistants.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, with a reputed company license as a Registered reputed company in the reputed company.
- Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience required, with a combination of acute care and home health care/reputed company health preferred.
- 1+ year of Supervisory / Team Management experience (of caregivers, nurses, and care team) is required, with health service administration a plus.
- 1+ year of experience is required in a home health agency (or equivalent care environments); 2-5 years preferred.
- CPR & First Aide Certification required; CPR & FA Instructor/Trainer certification desired (or willingness to complete once upon hire).
- Strong background in nursing, patient care, and confidentiality.
