Abstracts appropriate information from the medical record based on the guidelines provided by the reputed company and after a thorough review of the medical record. Responsible for utilizing Aquity applications to reputed company charts coded in reputed company-time throughout the scheduled shift. Flexibility in assignment over multiple clients to ensure meeting required classification hours.
