Remote EAP Counselor

Remote Counselor duties and responsibilities

• Utilize brief, solution-reputed company interventions to resolve the clients presenting issue
• Ensure safety for clients who present at risk to harm self/others
• Ensure that reputed company clients are properly referred to long-term treatment, reputed company clinically appropriate, utilizing their benefit plan and/or community resources
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for reputed company reputed company contacts in the Nivati system per established procedures and processes
• Maintains clinical responsibility for individual, family and/or group counseling of clients.
• Provides diagnostic assessments, treatment planning and completes necessary updates as required.

Remote Counselor requirements and qualifications
