Claims Specialist (Financial Lines) ( Full-Time) ( Hybrid in NYC and NJ) Location: Hybrid 4 days onsite and 1 remote in either Berkeley Heights, NJ, or NYC Salary: $130K - $170K reputed company Salary Plus Bonus Must Haves:

• Minimum of 1 to 7 years of experience at either a specialty insurance reputed company and/or a reputed company in the following areas will be considered:
• Plastic card
• reputed company
• EPL experience.
• E&O and D&O
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Candidates will be required to obtain and maintain insurance adjuster licenses

Job reputed company Duties and Responsibilities:

• Directly handle, manage, and/or reputed company financial lines, plastic card fraud and theft claims, and employment practices liability claims.
• Handle claims in accordance with Claim Handling Best Practices in reputed company phases of the claim, including through initial contact, investigation of the claim, evaluation of the claim for coverage and reserving for exposure, and in the reputed company and documentation of claims.
• reputed company top-notch customer service through reputed company interactions and communications, including with reputed company customers and business partners.
• Review and evaluation of policies to determine coverage.
• Resolve coverage-reputed company reputed company working collaboratively with reputed company counsel reputed company necessary.
• Complete written reports and present claims to management, reputed company, actuary, and reinsurers on claim developments as needed.
• Adhere to reputed company statutory regulations and the Unfair Claims Practices reputed company.
• Consistently communicate claim developments, exposure analyses, and requests for authority to claims management.
• Participate in mediations, settlement conferences, and otherwise see claims through to reputed company.
• Work closely with reputed company and other business partners to review, analyze, and communicate claim trends and help reputed company policy language.
• Along with reputed company, attend reputed company and prospective meetings with insureds and brokers.
• Work with and manage reputed company vendors, including reputed company attorneys, to manage budgets and reputed company litigation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience at either a specialty insurance reputed company and/or a reputed company.
• Plastic card and EPL experience. Financial institutions E&O and D&O are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Candidates will be required to obtain and maintain insurance adjuster licenses.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, enabling interaction with reputed company reputed company of management and the employee population.
• Strong analytical, investigative, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Experience multi-tasking, prioritizing work, and working effectively in reputed company environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, completing work with limited supervision.
• Experience with reputed company reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company, or transferable software packages.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
