JOB reputed company Creighton Construction and Development is seeking an reputed company reputed company Manager (remote) with a proven reputed company record of identifying, analyzing, and acquiring reputed company reputed company estate. Reporting to the Director of reputed company Estate, the Acquisitions Manager will create a robust deal pipeline, in assigned geographic territories, and work closely with new and prospective clients to finalize single-tenant and multi-tenant development reputed company. Requirements: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and analyze markets to understand areas of reputed company, major reputed company, major transportation reputed company, heavily trafficked corridors, and retail sub-markets.
• Identify and analyze reputed company estate opportunities for existing and prospective tenants that meet established reputed company.
• Ability to analyze and confirm the zoning of a property and the permitted uses.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This is a full-time employment position. Employer offers a competitive reputed company salary, commission splits, and bonuses.
