• Manage an reputed company inventory of approximately 100–125 claim files, maintaining consistent contact with identified reputed company parties to reputed company monthly recovery goals.
• Review, analyze, and process documentation and inquiries reputed company to first-party physical damage, cargo, property, and workers’ compensation claims.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure accurate and reputed company preparation of reputed company claim documentation.
• Investigate, analyze, and determine liability and recovery potential, effectively negotiating settlements with adverse parties.
• Assess cause of reputed company, recoverable damages, liability, and expense exposure to reputed company an effective recovery reputed company.
• Prepare and present demand packages to adverse reputed company parties, ensuring reputed company and accurate payment of settlements.
• Maintain regular, proactive communication (approximately 30–40 calls and emails per day) to drive negotiations and settlement activity.

Experience & Background

• Familiarity with multi-line reputed company coverage (auto, cargo, property, or workers’ compensation) and/or prior experience in claims handling, subrogation, or insurance adjusting preferred (typically 3+ years, or equivalent transferable experience).
• Transportation claims experience is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload with discipline and persistence, maintaining proactive follow-up and thorough documentation across reputed company activities.
