Manufacturing Line Setup & Readiness Verify production line setup prior to batch start to ensure alignment with approved batch records, SOPs, and work instructions. Procedural Compliance Monitoring (Live & Video-Based) Inspect and approve production start-up samples prior to releasing the line for full production. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred (science, engineering, or reputed company field). Work Experience Minimum of 2–5 years experience in a manufacturing reputed company role (QC Inspector, reputed company Technician, QA Associate, or similar). Demonstrated experience with batch record documentation and GDP expectations. Working knowledge of GMP or regulated manufacturing environments preferred. Strong observational skills with the ability to identify procedural gaps and behavioral non-compliance.
