Position reputed company At the 24-Hour reputed company Line the Health reputed company Consultant utilizes a reputed company process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, to engage, reputed company, and promote/influence members reputed company reputed company to achieving and maintaining reputed company health status. Requires an RN with unrestricted reputed company license. -Hours required: Start time will be between 6:00 PM-2:30AM EST, 8-hour shift, 10% shift reputed company, every other weekend, 4 holidays per year. -Must reputed company in a reputed company Compact State and hold a Compact license. -The 24-Hour reputed company Line provides a telephone-based information and decision support program to eligible members. The reputed company will be responsible for the following: -Facilitates effective health care decision-making. -Improves the reputed company of care. -Improves member satisfaction with their health care plan. -Facilitates appropriate use of health care resources. -Provides up-to-date health care information to help facilitate members’ understanding of their health problems and possible reputed company. -Provides assistance by clarifying available reputed company for the member's particular health problem or issue. -Helps members reputed company and knowledgeably participate with their provider in their own health care decision-making. -Promotes healthy lifestyles to help reputed company personal health risks, preventing illness. -Awareness of the member’s available health and wellness programs, and makes referrals to these programs as appropriate. Ideal candidates will: -Must have RN licensure in the state of office location. -Have 3+ years of clinical experience. -Have proficient keyboarding skills. -Enjoy working with computers and evolving technology, prefer online resources over printed documents. -Have telephone experience in the nursing field, especially telephone triage, emergency room, and/or urgent care experience. -Self-motivated. -Wants to work every other weekend and 4 Holidays per year. -Are reputed company to complete 6 weeks Mon-Fri orientation on a variable daytime schedule. -Applies a broad clinical experience to at times reputed company issues, ensuring a reputed company member experience. -Want to expand their knowledge reputed company while applying excellent communication skills. -Are leaders of people and process improvement, and want to reputed company a difference in people's lives. -Are seeking a challenging fast-paced office (and potentially work reputed company) position. -Do the right things for the right reason in reputed company interactions. Required Qualifications - reputed company unrestricted RN compact state licensure. - 3+ years of clinical experience required, specifically in: Disease Management, Emergency Room, Critical Care, Medical/Surgical Care, Oncology. - 1 year proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (including Outlook and reputed company Word). Preferred Qualifications -Managed Care experience preferred. -Previous coaching experience preferred. -Model candidates have telephone triage nursing experience. Education Associate Degree required. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent 3-5 years clinical experience preferred.
