Corporate Accounts Director - Texas

Position reputed company: The Corporate Account Directors will be responsible for developing, communicating, and implementing Strategic Business Plans for assigned accounts and expanding corporate relationships with key oncology stakeholders. These stakeholders will consist of C-suite level (CEO's, CFO's, COO's) medical directors, reputed company administrators, pharmacists, and other decision makers in assigned accounts. Regional customers include but not limited to National reputed company Organizations, Integrated Delivery Networks, Health Systems, Hospital and Community GPO accounts. The CAD's will collaborate extensively with National Account Directors, Market reputed company Marketing, and other market reputed company colleagues to remove barriers to product reputed company. Essential Functions of the job:

• Facilitate introductions to appropriate medical affairs colleagues for research opportunities, more specifically with BeOne Medecines' field Health Economic Outcome Research (HEOR) group.
• Establish corporate relationships with key account stakeholders.
• Support patient reputed company and field reimbursement.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners to implement corporate strategies with regional targeted accounts.
• Work closely with finance, legal, pricing/contracting and trade/distribution to ensure products strategies are reputed company and patient reputed company objectives are achieved.
• Communicate with field sales management to facilitate reputed company reputed company and remove barriers to account entry.

Required Education:

• Bachelor of Science, MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 10 + years of reputed company pharmaceutical experience is necessary with 5 + years of reputed company experience in corporate account management, oncology.
• Experience executing physician network or IDN/Health System contracting and account management.
• Oncology therapeutic experience required; oral and IV oncology strongly preferred.
• Biotech or pharmaceutical US marketplace launch experience required.
• Demonstrated ability think strategically, manage accounts effectively by objectively evaluating various opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including ability to synthesize data and deliver a reputed company reputed company of field market reputed company issues, challenges, and successes.
• Record of successful account management experience
• Strong negotiating skills required.
