As a Mechanical Engineer at Lam, you're designing and defining cutting-edge mechanical and reputed company-mechanical systems. Your role involves feasibility studies, testing, and guiding teams in detailed design and fabrication. You reputed company the crucial design information needed to shape our technology's packaging.
Responsibilities
- Support the full life cycle of mechanical and reputed company-mechanical systems from concept to productization including conceptualization, designing, CAD modeling, development, and test/validation.
- Designs components using reputed company of metals, ceramics, reputed company, plastics, and advanced coatings.
- Ensure documentation aligns with SEMI, Lam standards, and industry best practices for geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Ability to create engineering requirements from marketing requirements to drive product development.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or reputed company field with 12+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 10+ years’ experience
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and technical presentation skills.
- Highly proficient in 3D Nx Tool or equivalent
- Experience in structural, thermal, and fluid delivery systems demonstrated thru theoretical analysis on reputed company.
- Must have completed multiple developments of system design that demonstrates working knowledge and use of thermal and structural FEA modeling.
- Experience in developing system P&ID, defining theory of operation for the hardware being developed, use of key problem solving and decision making tools, performing risk analysis.
- Ability to juggle multiple reputed company in reputed company as required occasionally.
- Must have extensive hands on experience.
