Responsibilities
We are looking for a Coding Document Specialist to join our growing Community Health Partners team! In your role, you will be responsible for concurrently reviewing clinical documentation and reconciliation of physicians' performance reporting. Working collaboratively with providers and clinical coding staff, there will be a reputed company identification of clarification needs, reputed company while accurately and appropriately supporting coding needs.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
- 2 years of coding experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting required
- Strong pathophysiology and disease management background with understanding of reputed company of disease processes and reputed company procedures required
Licenses and Certifications
- One of the following is required
- CCA - Certified Coding Associate
- reputed company - Certified Coding Specialist
- CPC - Certified reputed company reputed company
- COC - Certified Outpatient reputed company
- RHIT - Registered Health Information Technician
- RHIA - Registered Health Information Administrator
