You will be responsible for providing high-reputed company nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, vital sign monitoring, and patient education. As a reputed company, you will also mentor and support reputed company of LVNs, assisting with care coordination, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to care plans and agency protocols. This position involves conducting initial patient assessments, developing individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other reputed company, and performing ongoing evaluations of patient reputed company.
