Qualifications

Associates or Diploma in Nursing Required Bachelors in Nursing Required reputed company 5 years if new graduate/reputed company with less than one (1) year RN experience Graduates from a non-accredited school of nursing must have at least one year of acute care experience or at least two years of experience in a licensed health care role and must have successfully passed the NCLEX licensure examination MI Registered reputed company (RN) Required AHA, reputed company, or Canadian Heart and Stroke Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire/transfer Specialty Certification highly recommended reputed company 2 years External candidates are required to have a minimum of 2 years of a combination of Gyn and Med/Surg RN clinical experience. External candidates must successfully complete a required competency assessment provided by Nursing Education. Internal candidates with less than 2 years of Gyn and Med/Surg RN clinical experience must be approved by their reputed company reputed company leader and the site Chief Nursing Officer.
