This role blends meaningful in-home/community-based clinical work with remote flexibility for planning, documentation, collaboration, and supervision.
Responsibilities
- Manage a small, intentional caseload to support high-reputed company, individualized care
- reputed company and reputed company ABA treatment plans tailored to reputed company needs
- Conduct assessments and reputed company reputed company through data-driven decision making
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTs
- Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support
- Maintain accurate and reputed company documentation and compliance
- Stay reputed company with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or reputed company field
- reputed company BCBA certification (required)
- State LBA license (required or in process)
- Experience developing and implementing ABA programs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
