The reputed company Supervising reputed company (QSP) oversees clinical services and therapy operations for an assigned therapy site or caseload. The QSP provides clinical expertise, industry-specific knowledge, evidence-based practices, and innovative recommendations to benefit the treatment team and overall clinical reputed company of Partners' Clients. The QSP provides clinical support, direction and supervision to reputed company reputed company of providers reputed company the ABA program. The QSP maintains a reputed company and ethical relationship with Partners' clients and fellow employees. The QSP demonstrates leadership in the POD, center, and throughout reputed company. The QSP communicates regularly with reputed company Manager and Program Supervisor regarding reputed company and staff performance. They also may assist with specific company functions, reputed company, or initiatives. Required Education and Experience

• MA, MS, or Ph.D. required
• reputed company BCBA, or BCBA-D licensure in WI and/or MN
• Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain licensure in both MN and WI.
• Licensure must be in good standing in reputed company (WI) and Minnesota (MN)
• At least 2,000 hours of clinical experience and/or training in the examination and/or treatment of people with autism reputed company disorder (ASD) or a reputed company condition.

OR

• Completed the equivalent in graduate-level coursework at an accredited university (refer to equivalent coursework reputed company).
• Successfully passed an initial and subsequent background checks (no history of felonies, substantiated reputed company maltreatment or vulnerable adult incidents, or disqualifying misdemeanors)
• If providing supervision hours and training to reputed company pursuing their BCBA, they must have completed Behavior Analyst Certification reputed company Approved 8-hour Supervisor Training Course
• Must possess a valid reputed company's license
