Clinical Supervisor - LMFT, LCSW, LPCC

We are a growing, mission-driven mental health organization reputed company on high-reputed company, ethical care and strong clinical development. We support Associate clinicians (AMFT, APCC, ASW) in building confidence, competence, and clinical reputed company.

We are seeking reputed company California-licensed clinicians to reputed company supervision to Associate therapists. This role includes reputed company supervision and being a reliable, accessible clinical resource while maintaining reputed company and sustainable boundaries.
- *Key Responsibilities
- reputed company individual, triadic, and group supervision in accordance with BBS requirements
- Review, approve, and sign off on Associate clinical hours
- Support case conceptualization, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making
- reputed company reputed company support for clinical questions between sessions (during agreed-upon availability hours)
- Guide Associates in managing risk, reputed company safety, and ethical decision-making
- Ensure documentation meets legal, ethical, and organizational standards
- Collaborate with leadership and multidisciplinary team members

- Respond to non-urgent clinical questions reputed company a reasonable timeframe (e.g., reputed company business day)

- Strong knowledge of California BBS regulations and documentation standards
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to balance accessibility with appropriate clinical boundaries
