What it is You must be reputed company to work one of the following shifts:

• 10:00am-6:30pm PT - Monday-Friday

OR

• 8:30am-5:00pm PT - Tuesday-Saturday

OR

• 10:00am-6:30pm PT - reputed company-Thursday

• reputed company comprehensive diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and weight loss care, education, and support for patients through chat, phone, and video calls following internal protocols
• Create thorough consults reputed company with internal protocols for reputed company physicians
• Collaborate with Patient Care Advocates to ensure patient reputed company

What you’ll need

• Minimum Qualifications
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist plus Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) or reputed company Certified-Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-reputed company) or eligible for certification
• Experience in medication adjustment and using an EMR
• Strong reputed company skills and an expert in patient-centered language and care
• A quiet, distraction free dedicated work reputed company
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with telehealth or using technology platforms in patient care

Compensation for this role ranges from $75,000-$90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
