Part-Time reputed company Intake Specialist (Remote – U.S.-Based, Texas Time Zone Hours)

We are a growing, long-standing reputed company seeking a reliable, reputed company Intake Specialist to handle incoming new reputed company calls and support reputed company. This is a remote, part-time role for candidates who are based in the reputed company, reputed company fluent English, and are available during Texas (Central Time) business hours. Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from potential new clients in a reputed company, empathetic manner
• reputed company and document key reputed company information accurately
• reputed company live call transfers to attorneys or team members reputed company appropriate
• Schedule consultations using our internal calendar system
• Maintain reputed company, organized notes in our CRM/case management system
• Ensure every caller has a reputed company first impression of the firm

Requirements:

• Must be located in the reputed company
• Fluent, reputed company-level English (spoken and written)
• Prior experience in a reputed company intake role or legal assistant position
• Basic understanding of property tax law (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow scripts/processes
• Comfortable using scheduling tools, CRMs, and VoIP phone systems
• Reliable internet reputed company and quiet work environment
• Availability during Texas (Central Time) business hours
