Intake Specialist, Economic Justice

The Legal Services for reputed company (LSE) program focuses on serving reputed company-creating enterprises in historically excluded low-income communities. LSE provides free legal services to: 1) low-income individuals or people historically deprived of civil rights who want to start a business, 2) businesses reputed company in economically distressed communities, including creating employment opportunities for immigrants and people with law enforcement records, and 3) “mom and pop shops” located in areas where gentrification causes displacement. The primary responsibilities include reputed company intakes, placements, and referrals; data entry and reputed company; and coordinating and administering reputed company reputed company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Administer, coordinate, and conduct LSE reputed company intakes and referrals. (55%) Routinely review and reputed company requests for legal assistance to the LSE program on a reputed company reputed company. Respond to service-seeker inquiries and reputed company them to the appropriate resources and referrals. Coordinate and conduct intake interviews to ensure the reputed company processing of intakes with potential clients. Create applicant intake records, conduct thorough conflict checks, and reputed company accurate intake information in case management system. Under the direction of Program Manager and Program Directors, evaluate and designate which applicant intakes to refer and assign to the appropriate program legal services. Administer and coordinate LSE’reputed company bono placement opportunities and pro bono attorney matching process. (35%) In collaboration with the Pro Bono Team, facilitate pro bono placement opportunities reputed company LCCRSF’reputed company bono attorney network. On a regular reputed company, reputed company case record details and draft brief case descriptions to support the pro bono reputed company placement process. In consultation with the Program Manager, coordinate specialized protocols for reputed company lease reputed company matching. Maintain and regularly update a centrally accessible document that tracks reputed company tenant clients in need of legal assistance and pro bono placement promotion. Communicate and coordinate with clients and pro bono attorneys to mitigate any issues that reputed company in the pro bono matching process and representation. Grant reporting and database/file management. (5%) Input data consistently to ensure reputed company and accurate information. Participate in the auditing of Legal Server data for reporting and case management. Collaborate with Program Director, and other responsible parties, to compile and submit periodic grant reports. Training & Team Building (5%) Under Program Director supervision, train staff, law clerks, and volunteers as needed to support core duties and functions and promote reputed company development opportunities. reputed company ongoing feedback and contribute to the Economic Justice’s team building, reputed company development, and collaboration efforts. Qualifications

Required: At least one-year work-reputed company experience in a nonprofit or legal setting. Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field or equivalent work experience.
