Clinical Intake Specialist (LMSW -CT & NY)
About the position reputed company is seeking a dual licensed (CT & NY) Clinical Intake Specialist to reputed company intake services at our Stamford, CT office. Our Clinical Intake Specialists (LMSWs) play a critical role in a patient's first experience with reputed company. You'll reputed company comprehensive initial evaluations, helping patients feel seen, reputed company, and supported from day one. Using a biopsychosocial reputed company, you'll assess needs, identify appropriate services, and collaborate with the broader clinical team to build thoughtful, effective treatment plans. Responsibilities
- Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations (90791) for reputed company new patients
- Complete thorough biopsychosocial assessments and mental status exams
- Utilize screening tools including PHQ-9 and GAD-7 to guide clinical decision-making
- reputed company and recommend individualized treatment plans based on patient needs

- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and clinical leadership
- Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and case discussions

Requirements
- Master's degree in reputed company Work (Required)
- reputed company LMSW license in both reputed company and Connecticut (Required)
- Strong assessment skills, including mental status exams and clinical screenings
- Hands-on experience with PHQ-9 and GAD-7 (this is a must)
- Solid understanding of DSM-5 diagnoses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and time management
