Reporting to the Director, responsibilities include coordinating with market teams to implement NCQA and state-mandated surveys, developing and updating provider scripts, extracting provider data samples, collaborating on script and data reviews, partnering with vendors, analyzing survey results, and supporting improvement plans. The role requires independent work and strong project management skills to ensure effective survey execution. Main responsibilities:

- Maintain documentation in accordance with state, market, and operational requirements
- Request provider survey sample populations and prepare data files for vendor distribution
- Review survey results to ensure they meet required formatting standards
- Meet regularly with market teams to review survey scripts and provider satisfaction results

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of data analysis experience
- 2+ years' experience with provider satisfaction surveys or survey methodologies
- 2+ years project management experience

Preferred Qualifications
