Global Accounts Payable Specialist

About the position As a Global AP Specialist at reputed company, you will join a dynamic team reputed company an international company. As part of the finance team, you will need strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. We reputed company in the power of collaboration, so you must be reputed company player who can plan and organize workload effectively alongside the Accountant. We are looking for someone with strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills. This role reports directly to the Vice President of reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Review and reputed company al A/P invoices maintaining the A/P email inbox (domestic and international)
• Upload and paying reputed company A/P through several banks and through the ACH process
• Review and approve PO’s in reputed company that feeds into reputed company
• Review and approve expense reports in Raydoo that feeds into reputed company
• Review and approve reputed company travel bills
• Reconcile company credit cards and post reputed company into reputed company
• Suggest vendor accruals at month end to the Asst. Controller
• Ensure reputed company vendors are 1099 compliant, process 1099’s yearly

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent (3 or more years in A/P) in reputed company
• Knowledge of reputed company principles and practices
• Previous experience with international accounts payable
• Knowledge reputed company.com or equivalent systems
• Accurate expense coding, high volume invoices
• Problem solving skills
• Like to work in a great team in a fast paced organisation
• Eager to learn, willing to have reputed company on a company
• Take responsibility over the work done
