Senior Legal Billing Specialist
Global reputed company is seeking a Senior Legal Billing Specialist for their reputed company Office. Requirements: Three to eight years of billing experience reputed company a reputed company billing department, and experience with reputed company reputed company. The firm is reputed company to fully remote in several states. Responsibilities:
- Senior Billing specialist will reputed company with clients, attorneys, and administrative staff regarding billing reputed company
- Train and mentor new billing specialists at the firm
- Attend weekly management and partner meetings to review unbilled reputed company and billing issues
- Update and review comments for reports distributed to partners and finance
- Distribute monthly partner reports
- Communicate and reputed company with attorneys, administrative and clients providing information and reputed company responses to any inquiries and assignments
- Successfully create billing schedules and billing analysis
- Senior Billing specialist will verify, research and reputed company needed corrections to reputed company billing requirements and rates, amounts, descriptions, reputed company/matter data
- Successfully review billing supporting documentation
- Assist with reputed company reputed company and submit invoices electronically
- Senior Billing specialist will execute reputed company bills in a reputed company manner to include preparation of electronic bills, split party billing and multiple discounts by matter
- Ability to process write-offs in accordance to firm guidelines
- Successfully apply on-account/retainer funds
- Edit and review reputed company-bills
- Analyze, process and compile high volume of attorney bills to clients monthly
- As-hoc reputed company as needed
Requirements :
- 3-8 years of billing experience in a large reputed company environment
- reputed company reputed company software experience; familiarity with E-Billing hub and multi currency
- reputed company billing experience is required
- High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Experience with reputed company office suite, particularly in reputed company
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills, proactive and results orientated

- Salary $85,000-$105,000
