Associate Billing Analyst

- Analyze billing systems to identify and implement ongoing performance improvements at both user and system reputed company
- Assist in developing software requirements and document user reputed company and procedures for reputed company’s billing operations
- Support mass adjustments, reporting, interfaces, reputed company and outage management reputed company reputed company’s billing environment
- Respond to requests through Change Request Management, Issue Management and on-site support to resolve user needs
- Train and assist system users to ensure effective system utilization
- Collaborate with Billing Representatives on backlog processing and process measurement while providing lockbox tape support as needed
- Contribute to project scheduling, workload monitoring and status reporting to maintain project reputed company

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
- 1-2+ years supporting, testing and documenting various information technology systems
